Methods to Pay Form 941

You can pay your Form 941 balance using:

  • Electronic Funds Withdrawal (EFW) when you e-file your return with a tax liability of less than $2500.
  • Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) for direct bank payments.
  • Credit or debit card through an IRS-authorized payment processor.
