How to retransmit the rejected 941 return with TaxZerone?

To transmit your rejected Form 941 with TaxZerone, follow the below steps: 

Step 1: 

• Sign in to your TaxZerone account. 

Step 2: 

• Navigate to the Employment Tax Dashboard, then click the “Fix Errors & Retransmit” button to review the error. 

Step 3: 

• You can view the error code to understand why your return was rejected.  
• Click “Fix Error” to make the necessary corrections. 

Step 4: 

• After making the corrections, review your filing details carefully to ensure accuracy. 
• Then, click “Transmit to IRS” to resubmit your corrected Form 941.
